    Guide

Finding the right art for the kids’ room

    Grow with the child

For younger children, illustrated animals, soft colours and simple shapes work well. As they grow, typography, nature and abstract art take over. Let your child help choose – it makes the room feel like theirs.

    At the child’s eye level

Hang the art lower than in the rest of the home, at the child’s eye level, so it becomes part of their world. A single poster above the bed or desk is a natural focal point.

    Safe and easy to change

Our frames have light, shatterproof glazing instead of glass, and the wooden frames have clips at the back – so swapping a poster as tastes change only takes a minute.

    Frequently asked questions

Are the frames safe in a kids’ room?

Our frames have light, shatterproof glazing instead of glass. Always fix the frame securely with fixings that suit your wall.

How high should I hang posters in a kids’ room?

At the child’s eye level – for younger children often around 100–120 cm to the centre. Above a bed, leave 20–30 cm to the lower edge.
