We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Place your order before 07:00 AM on a business day for same-day processing. All deliveries are tracked — you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Processing time is 0–2 business days. Estimated delivery times below are from the date of dispatch.

Customs & duties
For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country. We ship duty paid (DDP) to the United States, United Kingdom and Norway — meaning all duties and taxes are included and you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.
For Switzerland and Canada, customs duties may apply depending on your order. For all other non-EU countries, you may be subject to customs duties, VAT or local taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. In exceptional cases, duties may be applied outside of our control even where we normally ship DDP.
