The Christmas edit
Christmas rarely arrives all at once. It builds slowly, in the smell of the tree, the glow of the windows and the people you can’t imagine the season without. Little by little, the whole home begins to change, from candlelit evenings to long dinners, and the walls can change with it, dressed for everyone gathered beneath them. This year, we have brought together hand-drawn illustrations, festive sketches, rich patterns and quiet winter landscapes that settle in as naturally as the decorations. And like the season itself, it all begins at home.
There is a moment every December when your home starts to feel different. The tree goes up in its usual corner, the table is laid with your best glasses and the candles are lit at the first sign of dusk. It is the walls that quietly hold it all together, framing the evenings you spend side by side. A few seasonal prints, layered among the ones you already love, are often all it takes to make the room feel like Christmas.
Winter rituals
Of course, the season does not only happen at home. Perhaps yours means early mornings on the slopes, cable cars climbing through the snow and hot chocolate back at the cabin. Or simply the memory of a trip you still talk about every winter. Vintage-inspired travel prints bring that alpine feeling home, so it stays with you once the skis are packed away.

And then there is the giving. A print is a gift that stays long after the paper is cleared away, chosen with someone’s home and taste in mind. If you are not sure where to begin, our gift guide is full of ideas for everyone on your list, from the friend who hosts every year to the one who would rather be on the mountain.

However you celebrate this year, at home with a full table, high in the mountains or somewhere in between, it is the people and the small rituals that make it feel like Christmas. Let your walls hold a little of that warmth, not just for the season but for the quiet months that follow. From all of us at Postery, we wish you a warm and happy Christmas.
