A passe-partout is a pre-cut cardboard mat that frames your print from the inside — place it over your artwork within the frame and the window opening reveals the image, surrounded by a wide coloured border. This green version is fresh, grounded and nature-inspired — a sophisticated choice for living rooms, studies or plant-filled spaces where you want the framing to feel considered without being neutral. The natural pairing is our matching green frame, which creates a lush, tonal look with real presence. A natural wood frame is a great alternative, bringing out the earthy warmth in the colour. The wide border creates a calm, organic effect — particularly nice with botanical, landscape or abstract prints where the green mat adds depth and a sense of the natural world.

The size of our posters always refers to the actual paper size — not the motif. Some posters include a white border that frames the artwork, similar to a passepartout. Where this is the case, it will be noted in the product description and is also visible in the product images.

When choosing a frame, make sure to match it to the poster size. Our frames are designed to fit our posters exactly — a 50x70 cm poster takes a 50x70 cm frame. No trimming or adjusting needed.

Material

Our posters are printed on 200 g/m² premium matte paper made from FSC® Mix Credit Paper 100%. The paper is archive-proof, meaning it won't yellow over time, and all printing is done in modern facilities with ISO 14001 certification.
