    Styling tips

    Oak could work well here, warming the cool blues without flattening them. It pairs nicely with linen, pale plaster and tan leather — anything soft enough to let the shimmer stand out. Above a bed it reads as restful rather than decorative, which is the point in a bedroom. A white frame with a wide mat will push it further toward calm if that is what the room needs.
