Mat Board Yellow

Create the perfect fit for your poster with our high-quality yellow mat board, also known as a passepartout. Designed with a precise 45° bevel cut, it adds a stylish and elegant transition between your artwork and the frame. When selecting your mat board, choose the size that matches your frame — the outer measurement is your frame size. The window measurement shown in the size selector tells you which poster size fits inside.

A passe-partout is a cardboard mat placed inside your frame to create a wide decorative border around your print — it gives the artwork more visual presence, protects it from the glass, and adds a layer of colour and intention to the overall display. This warm yellow version is playful and sunny, and works especially well in a kids room, kitchen, or any space where you want the framing to feel cheerful and expressive. Try it with a simple white or natural wood frame and a graphic or illustrated print where the yellow border becomes part of the colour story. The wide mat border gives even a small print a bold, confident presence on the wall — a fun and affordable way to make art feel more personal.
