Mat Board Lilac

Create the perfect fit for your poster with our high-quality lilac mat board, also known as a passepartout. Designed with a precise 45° bevel cut, it adds a stylish and elegant transition between your artwork and the frame. When selecting your mat board, choose the size that matches your frame — the outer measurement is your frame size. The window measurement shown in the size selector tells you which poster size fits inside.

A passe-partout is a pre-cut cardboard mat that frames your print from the inside — place it over your artwork within the frame and the window opening reveals the image, surrounded by a wide coloured border. This lavender version is a playful, modern twist on the classic white mat, and works especially well if you want the framing itself to become part of the colour story. It could work beautifully in a bedroom or kids room, paired with a simple white or light wood frame and a print with soft tones. The wide border creates a graphic, almost poster-like effect that feels current and considered — particularly nice with minimal or abstract prints where the lavender mat adds just the right touch of personality.
