    In the same series

    • A warped black and white chequerboard filling a soft oval against a field of deep burgundy
    • Narrow black and cream stripes folded into overlapping panels on a warm kraft brown ground
    • A single burgundy form with a pinched waist standing on a bare cream ground
    • Off-white curves looping and crossing over a brick red ground, meeting at sharp points

A maroon block fills the sheet, interrupted by two narrow channels of cream that cut in from the right and the bottom and stop short of crossing. The effect is of a single shape folded rather than of several shapes arranged, and the rounded corners keep it from reading as architecture. The cream ground is visible only as a thin border and inside those two cuts, which makes the negative space feel deliberate. The paper texture runs through the colour. It is the simplest of the three and the most graphic.

    Styling tips

Maroon is a deep, settled colour that suits a bedroom wall as well as a living room, and the near full-bleed shape makes the print read as a block of colour from across the room. Cream, oatmeal and pale oak keep it soft; brass and dark green push it towards the dramatic. A thin oak frame is enough, since the artwork already has its own border. Hang it last in the series, where the weight belongs.

    Size guide

The size of our posters always refers to the actual paper size — not the motif. Some posters include a white border that frames the artwork, similar to a passepartout. Where this is the case, it will be noted in the product description and is also visible in the product images.

Our sizes in cm and inches:

    • 21x30 cm / 8.3x11.8"

    • 30x40 cm / 11.8x15.7"

    • 40x50 cm / 15.7x19.7"

    • 50x50 cm / 19.7x19.7"

    • 50x70 cm / 19.7x27.6"

    • 70x100 cm / 27.6x39.4"

When choosing a frame, make sure to match it to the poster size. Our frames are designed to fit our posters exactly — a 50x70 cm poster takes a 50x70 cm frame. No trimming or adjusting needed.

We offer a wide range of sizes to suit any wall, from smaller formats perfect for shelves and art walls, to larger statement pieces that anchor a room. Not sure which size is right for your space? Feel free to contact us — we're happy to help.
