We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to return it — well beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal required by EU consumer law.

How to make a return

To start a return, contact our customer service within 90 days of receiving your order. Please include your name, address, order number and the name of the product you wish to return. We'll guide you through the next steps. Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Please make sure your item is well packaged, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at the customer's cost. The fee is deducted from your refund automatically — no need to pay upfront. For most markets, we provide a prepaid return label. For returns from the United States and Australia, return shipping is arranged and covered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to reasons within the customer's control — such as an incorrect address, failure to collect or refused delivery — an undeliverable fee will be deducted from your refund. If the order value is less than the combined fees, no refund will be issued and no additional charge will be made. If the package is undeliverable due to an error on our part, we will cover all costs in full.

Refunds

Once we have received your return and confirmed it is in good condition, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refunded. If you only return part of an order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its condition, and the product has decreased in value as a result.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products where the seal has been broken. This includes frames, which have a protective plastic film on the glass that cannot be replaced once removed. Please do not break the seal if you intend to return the product.
