Delivery
We offer free shipping on orders over 50 €. If your order total is less than this, shipping costs from 3.99 - 6.99 € depending on destination. Shipping cost to your country is calculated at the checkout. Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll e-mail you a tracking link with the expected delivery date. It may take another day or so during the holiday seasons and other peaks affecting our warehouse. Postery utilizes DHL and local carriers for deliveries to the EU.
Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your Postery order. If you would like a different product, size, or a refund, we accept exchanges and returns within 90 days. Please consider the environmental impact before returning your items.
