    Selecting the perfect poster can be challenging and time-consuming, with various factors like size, position, colours, and motif to consider. What if there was an easier way of deciding before placing an actual order?

    What is AR?

    Augmented reality uses your device to blend digital content into the real world. Unlike virtual reality (VR), you don't need a headset, goggles or other extra equipment, just your device's camera. Our AR function let you try any poster from our website on your own wall in the blink of an eye.

    How it worked

    The Postery AR mode was available on iPhone 11 and later. You opened a poster, selected "View in AR", scanned the room for a surface and the poster appeared on your wall. From there, you could move it into place with your finger and take a screenshot to save or share.

    It was a quick and easy way to see how a poster would look in any space, and how it matched your furniture, wall colour and existing wall art.
