    In the same series

    • A broad ochre form filling a warm brown ground, with a narrow channel cutting up through the middle
Simple rectangular light wood picture frame on a white background
    • A pale blue branching form reaching into three corners of a warm brown ground
Simple rectangular light wood picture frame on a white background

On canvas the dry brush texture of the original gains body, and the two flat colours stop being flat. The soft brown form stands against mustard ochre with its scratches and brush marks running through the colour, now sitting on a woven surface rather than on paper. The shape still reads as coral, as a tree, as a figure with raised arms, and the canvas does nothing to settle the question. Stretched over a wooden frame, it arrives ready to hang and needs no glass. A float frame adds a shadow gap around the edge.

    Styling tips

Earth tones settle into rooms with linen, clay and unfinished wood, and the format suits a narrow wall between windows. It is the first of three that share the same palette but swap figure and ground, so two or three hung in a row say more than one. An oak float frame keeps it warm; left plain the canvas reads as a painted panel.

    Size guide

The size of our posters always refers to the actual paper size — not the motif. Some posters include a white border that frames the artwork, similar to a passepartout. Where this is the case, it will be noted in the product description and is also visible in the product images.

Our sizes in cm and inches:

    • 21x30 cm / 8.3x11.8"

    • 30x40 cm / 11.8x15.7"

    • 40x50 cm / 15.7x19.7"

    • 50x50 cm / 19.7x19.7"

    • 50x70 cm / 19.7x27.6"

    • 70x100 cm / 27.6x39.4"

When choosing a frame, make sure to match it to the poster size. Our frames are designed to fit our posters exactly — a 50x70 cm poster takes a 50x70 cm frame. No trimming or adjusting needed.

We offer a wide range of sizes to suit any wall, from smaller formats perfect for shelves and art walls, to larger statement pieces that anchor a room. Not sure which size is right for your space? Feel free to contact us — we're happy to help.
