Sustainability is at the core of their business, from big to small initiatives, like using wood waste to heat the factory. The factory has passed the BSCI audit, an initiative that ensures fair working conditions in factories. They also have ISO 9001:2015, which is a stamp of quality management.
Delivery and returns
Delivery time to Switzerland is 4-6 business days. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 70. If your order total is less than this, shipping costs CHF 6.95. Once your order has left our warehouse, we’ll e-mail you a tracking link with the expected delivery date. During holiday seasons and other peaks affecting our warehouse, it may take us another day or so. Postery utilizes DHL Express for all deliveries to Switzerland.
Returns
